Please pack returned items appropriately to prevent damage during transport. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Regarding Defective, Damaged, and Incorrect Goods
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving your order. If there are any defects, damage, or incorrect goods received, please contact us immediately. We will verify the situation and resend the goods to you within 48 hours. You will not need to pay for shipping again. This is our responsibility, and we will provide you with certain compensation, such as discount coupons, free shipping, etc.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, such as: 1. items damaged by human error after receipt; 2. items that have been excessively used and worn, making them unsellable. Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the received goods within 3 days of receipt, please contact us to explain the situation. We will process an exchange for you without requiring you to pay for shipping again. However, if the exchanged item is not the one you have already paid for, we will refund part of the price of the exchanged item or you will pay the price difference.
Refunds

Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and credit the refund.
